Antennas, feeds, decoders and all other products sold by Tek2000.com are primarily intended for the reception of unencrypted radio communications broadcast for the use of the general public or for use by those who are lawfully authorized to intercept the radio communication. In the United States, the laws governing radio communication are codified in Title 47 (Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs).

Statute 605 of this Act prohibits unauthorized interception and use of "radio communications" that are not "broadcast for the use of the general public" (605-a) except if "the programming involved is not encrypted" (605-b).

By purchasing any product from Tek2000.com, you agree to abide by all laws set out in this Act and any other relevant Communications Act in your jurisdiction, and to hold Tek2000.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs possibly resulting from any unlawful activity, intentionally or otherwise.

All products sold by Tek2000.com are primarily intended for the lawful private viewing of unencrypted programming that may be under copyright protection. In the United States, the laws governing copyright are codified in Title 17 (Copyrights).

It is generally unlawful to communicate a work under copyright to the general public without retransmission consent from the copyright owner(s). Furthermore, Statute 1201 of this Act prohibits the circumvention of any copyright protection systems.

By purchasing any product from Tek2000.com, you agree NOT to use the product to retransmit any copyright programming without consent and to abide by all laws set out in this Act and any other relevant Copyright Act in your jurisdiction, and to hold Tek2000.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs possibly resulting from any unlawful activity, intentionally or otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated, all earth stations (i.e. antennas) sold by Tek2000.com are receive-only and intended for the reception of energy or communications or signals and do not require registration or a license to operate. Unless otherwise stated, our antennas are NOT certified for transmission and should NOT be modified for transmission. In the United States, the laws governing satellite communication are codified in Title 47 (Federal Communications Commission).

Statute 25.102(a) states that no person shall use or operate apparatus for the transmission of energy or communications or signals by space or earth stations except under, and in full accordance with, an appropriate authorization granted by the Federal Communications Commission..
