DESCRIPTION

This is an 8-ft steel pole section with 4.5-inch O.D. which is used to extend your dish mount height to get over nearby obstacles such as trees.

The pole section can be coupled to any of our pole base mounts (pyramid base, king post or in ground pole) with a steel coupler of the same outer diameter.

Use multiple pole sections, couplers and stabilizers to construct a tall pole up to 20-ft tall that can be anchored to the side of a building or house.

The steel pole section is finished in gloss-black and is chip and rust resistant.

Note: Use with the same outer diameter (O.D.) pole base: pyramid, king post or in ground. Sold separately.

Note: Use a steel adapter to change the pole diameter. For example, you may use a 5.5-inch O.D. pole base for extra strength, followed by an adapter and coupler to a 4.5-inch pole section where the dish mounts. Sold separately.

Note: This pole section is NOT recommended for concrete ground installations because it will rotate under high winds. Instead, for such an installation, use our in ground pole with welded base fins.
