Relax, we got you covered. Effective immediately for USA customers, we have made arrangements to drop ship large and expensive TVRO products like antennas from tariff free countries!
For example, if you are in the United States and order a large antenna, we will have it shipped to you by sea freight from the port of Hong Kong or other nearby port that is not subject to US tariffs. Smaller items like jacks, controllers and LNBs will be drop shipped from Hong Kong and delivered by DHL or Fedex.
Customers outside the United States are currently not affected by tariffs and we will continue to ship our products from Canada, Europe and China based on the most economical method or as requested by our customers.
