Tek2000 will continue to process and ship out online orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to our customers during these extraordinary times like never before, but will also be implementing certain measures to slow down the spread of the virus in our community.
Effective immediately, only one employee will be permitted to work in any of our warehouses on any given day. Walk in or pickup orders have been suspended. We will only process and ship out online orders.
Shipping with the main carriers like Purolator, UPS and Fedex will only take place once a week, and that will usually be on Mondays. This means that regardless of when you place your order, it will ship out the following Monday. The only exception to this rule will be a large order from a TV station or commercial client. Please contact us and we will arrange for a truck delivery appointment that is convenient for you.
Please be aware that to mitigate the spread of the virus, carriers like Purolator, UPS and Fedex have informed us, until further notice, that they do not require a signature from you when they deliver. They will leave your packages on the front porch or other location that you can specify to us when you place your order.
We hope all our customers stay safe and this pandemic is over sooner rather than later and life gets back to normal.
